Why can't I turn on my headphones?

You may have simply run out of charge. To charge your broski headphones, use the Micro USB that is included in the package. 

Why can't I pair my headphones to my mobile device?

There are a couple of reasons why you could be having trouble connecting your Bluetooth earphones to a cell phone or any other mobile device.

  1. The Bluetooth function on your mobile device might be off. Try turning it on.
  1. Your headphones might be connected to another device. If so, try disconnecting them and connecting them to your device.
  1. Your headphones were not recognized by your mobile device. Try turning off the headphones and the Bluetooth function on your mobile device. After a few seconds, turn on your headphones and Bluetooth functionality and try pairing again.

How do I pair my Lety Headphones?   

  1. To pair your Bluetooth earphones turn on your mobile device and hold the power button on your broski earphones. You should hear, "Power On."
  1. Hold on the button for 8 seconds.
  1. Don't release the power button until you hear, "Pairing."
  1. Check your mobile device and select "broski" off the list of Bluetooth devices.
  1. If asked to connect, select "Yes."
  1. Once successfully connected, you will hear, "Connected" and the blue LED light will flash every four seconds.

How do I transfer calls from my headphones to my cell phone?

To transfer a call from your headphones to your mobile device, hold the power button for two seconds. To transfer a call from your mobile device to your broskis, hold the power button for two seconds.

How do I control music?

For volume:

  1. Short press the "+" button to turn it up
  2. Short press the "-" button to turn it down

For play/pause:

 Short press the power button.

For song selection:

  1. Long press the "-" button to go to the last song
  2. Long press the "+" button to go to the next song

Operating your MyBuds True Wireless Headphones

  • Charging: Connect the charging case using the USB cable (included.) Press the button on the charging case to start charging. 
  • Power On / Off. Long-press the button on any earbud
  • Play / Pause. Short-press the button on any earbud.
  • Replay. Quick double-press the right earbud to go back to the beginning of a song.
  • Forward. Quick double press the left earbud to play the next song.
  • Answer calls. Quick press the button on either earbud.

Pairing your MyBuds:

1Turn on the Bluetooth mode on your mobile device

2. Take one of the earbuds out of the charging case and place near your device

3. A window will pop-up in your phone; follow the prompts to connect

4. You will hear a voice prompt indicating that the earbuds are connected

Why can't I turn on my earbuds?

You may have simply run out of charge. To charge your earbuds, press the button on the charging case and use the Micro USB included in the package. 

Why can't I pair my earbuds to my mobile device?

1. The Bluetooth function on your mobile device might be off. Turn it on.

2. Your earbuds are connected to a different device. If so, try disconnecting them from other devices and reconnecting them to the desired device.

3. Your earbuds are not recognized by your mobile device. Turn off the earbuds and the Bluetooth function on your mobile device. After a few seconds, turn both back on and try pairing again.

4. Your earbuds have low battery. Put them back in the charging case and charge.

Does broski offer a satisfaction warranty?

Of course. We want you to be thrilled, so if for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30-days for a full refund for products returned in like-new, undamaged condition, in the original packaging and containing all accessories they came with.

In order to keep our prices low, products which fail to be sent back in like-new condition will incur in a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.
